Social Entrepreneur and business consultant, Adam Horowitz, founded Quarter Company in 2008 with the mission of “strengthening local communities by guiding both non-profit and for-profit businesses to achieve organizational excellence for the benefit of the common good.” Throughout his career, Adam has invested much of his free time supporting various non-profit and community-based organizations and serving on several Boards of Directors. In 2011, Adam was a recipient of a prestigious nomination as Man of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Adam also enjoys his role as a mentor with Educate Tomorrow, who matches foster children with professionals in the community.

Lydia is a Clinical Trial Monitor with Genentech and has a long and accomplished career in the healthcare research and development industry. In her earlier career she established HIV/AIDS clinics in third world countries.

Mark is the Deputy Director for the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport overseeing Airport Operations, Facilities and Maintenance, Airport Services, Information Technology, and Airport Rescue Fire Fighting. Mark is a Certified Member from the American Association of Accredited Executives and is Vice Chair of the FDOT Continuing Florida Aviation Systems Planning Process.

Having a vast background in education as well as business leadership, Sherri is a top-producer with experience in creating partnerships with corporations and schools. Her recent work includes helping schools and organizations to find their place and build communities of learning in the Metaverse. Partnerships created have included Henkel, Follett, Virbela, Douglas Stewart, Microsoft, The Junior League, MIS, The Arizona Technology Council and SciTech Institute.

In 1991, Randall M. Kessler founded the law firm now known as Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, a 30 person family law firm in Atlanta. He is the author of many family law books including Divorce: Protect Yourself, Your Kids and Your Future, The GA Library of Family Law Forms, and How to Mediate a Divorce. He is an adjunct professor of Family Law Litigation at Emory Law School. Mr. Kessler has served as the Chair of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kessler has been involved in well over 10,000 family law cases—likely exceeding 20,000 matters. He has represented some of the highest profile clients in the country including judges, national and local politicians, professional athletes, TV Stars and other celebrities, entertainers and artists.
